Center diamonds of meaningful size come with an independent certificate documenting the exact carat weight, cut grade, colour, and clarity — typically GIA for natural diamonds and IGI for lab-grown, though the grading lab can vary by stone. Smaller accent stones are not individually certified. Independent appraisals for insurance are available on request.

Not at all — more than half of our clients come to their first consultation with only a vague idea or a few saved images for inspiration. Sergio will sketch concepts based on your preferences, refine them in 3D CAD, and present a photorealistic rendering of your piece before anything is made. The custom jewellery process is collaborative from start to finish.
Yes. We offer virtual consultations via video call for clients across Ontario and Canada who are unable to visit our downtown Toronto studio. During the call, Sergio walks you through design options, stone selections, and pricing — the same experience as an in-person visit.
We work with 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white, and rose tones, as well as platinum. Yellow gold is classic and warm, white gold offers a modern silvery tone with rhodium plating, and rose gold has a distinctive pink hue. Platinum is the densest and most durable option — naturally hypoallergenic and never needs re-plating. Sergio will advise on the best metal for your design and lifestyle.
Yes. Every piece OROSERGIO creates includes a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. If a setting loosens, a prong wears, or any manufacturing defect appears, we repair it at no cost. We also provide complimentary cleaning and inspection for all pieces we make — bring your ring in any time for a professional check and polish.
Yes. We resize rings — including pieces purchased elsewhere — with most resizes starting from around $75 depending on the metal and how many sizes up or down you need. Custom rings are made to your exact finger size, and we offer complimentary in-studio sizing at your consultation so the fit is right from the start. Eternity and full-set bands have sizing limits, and Sergio will advise on the best approach for your specific ring.
