By accessing and using the OROSERGIO website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or engaging our services.
All custom jewellery orders require a consultation and design approval before production begins. During the consultation, we will discuss your vision, select materials, and provide a detailed quote. Once you approve the design and submit your deposit, production will commence.
Deposits: A deposit is required to begin production on all custom pieces. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced, as materials are sourced and craftsmanship begins immediately upon approval.
Timelines: Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on design complexity, stone sourcing, and material availability. Standard engagement rings are typically completed in 2–3 weeks from design approval. Platinum pieces and complex designs may take longer. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
Design Changes: Minor design adjustments can be accommodated before production begins at no additional charge. Changes requested after production has started may incur additional costs and timeline delays.
All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are valid for 14 days from the date of the quote. Fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone market prices may affect final pricing. Full payment is required before the finished piece is released.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and debit. Payment plans may be available for select orders — please inquire during your consultation.
OROSERGIO provides a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship for all custom pieces created in our studio. This warranty covers manufacturing defects including faulty prong settings, structural failures in the band, and defects in stone settings that arise from normal wear.
What is not covered: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches, thinning from daily wear, or loss of rhodium plating). Damage from impact, exposure to harsh chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions is excluded.
How to claim: To submit a warranty claim, contact us at info@orosergio.com or call 647-428-7013 to schedule an assessment at our studio. We will inspect the piece and determine whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.
Complimentary cleaning: We offer complimentary professional cleaning and inspection for all OROSERGIO pieces. We recommend having your jewellery serviced annually to maintain its condition.
When you provide your own diamond or gemstone for a custom setting, we take full responsibility for the stone while it is in our care. All client-supplied stones are fully insured from the moment they enter our studio until the finished piece is returned to you.
We will assess the condition and suitability of your stone during the consultation and advise on the best setting options. If we determine that a stone is damaged, too fragile, or otherwise unsuitable for your desired design, we will discuss alternatives before proceeding.
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of OROSERGIO Jewellery. Custom designs created for individual clients remain the intellectual property of OROSERGIO unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
Photographs of custom pieces may be used by OROSERGIO in portfolio materials, social media, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise at the time of the order.
OROSERGIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a custom order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
