We resize rings up or down by up to two sizes while preserving the structural integrity and design of the original piece. For rings with gemstones, we take extra precautions — heat-sensitive stones like emeralds and opals are carefully unset before resizing and reset afterward to prevent damage. Diamonds, sapphires, and rubies can typically remain in place during the process.
Ring resizing at OROSERGIO starts from $95 for simple adjustments, with most resizing completed within 3 to 5 business days. We work with all precious metals including gold (14K, 18K, 19K), platinum, and silver. Sergio will assess your ring during a quick consultation and provide an exact quote before any work begins.

We also inspect every prong, clasp, and link under magnification to identify early signs of wear that could lead to stone loss or structural failure. For pieces created by OROSERGIO, we offer complimentary cleaning once a year as part of our commitment to our clients. We also extend complimentary cleaning to clients who are commissioning a new piece with us — for example, if you are ordering a wedding band and bring in your engagement ring from another jeweller, we are happy to clean it at no charge. For all other pieces, our cleaning service is affordable and thorough, and we recommend scheduling it at least twice a year to keep your jewellery looking its best.
